Ernst Mielmann

Ernst Mielmann currently serves as the Web Front-End Tech Lead at Gumtree South Africa since October 2022, where the focus is on leading a team of front-end engineers to maintain a legacy system while facilitating the adoption of modern frameworks. Prior to this role, Ernst was a Software Engineer at RapidDeploy, contributing to the development of micro front-end web applications from March 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes a position as Frontend Engineer at Kin Digital, as well as various roles in web design and development at Digitas Liquorice, Xpose Media Group, and several other companies. Ernst holds a B.A. in Language and Literature from UNISA and has a background in graphic design and web development through multiple ownership roles in design companies.
