Rhandall Khindiku

Rhandall Khindiku has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Rhandall started their career as a Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst and 1st Line Support at Ladbrokes Coral, where they provided troubleshooting and remote support for technical incidents. In 2017, they joined Farrer & Co as a Service Desk Analyst, where they were responsible for call logging, remote support, and deskside support for IT incidents.

In 2018, Rhandall took on the role of Systems Support Analyst at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists | RCOG, where they provided IT support to 200 users and managed Windows OS systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange 2010. Rhandall also supported VIPs, built PCs and laptops for new users, managed the ticket system, and handled server and network management. Rhandall briefly worked as an IT Support Analyst at Charityshare Ltd before returning to RCOG as a Systems Support Analyst, where they continued their previous responsibilities.

In 2018, Rhandall also had a short-term role as a Support Engineer at Paragon - A Division of Interserve Construction Limited. In this role, they provided IT support to onsite and offsite users, managed Active Directory and Group Policy, provided VIP support, and handled Office 365 administration and support.

From 2019 to 2021, Rhandall worked as an IT Support Technician at Wavehill IT Solutions, where they provided IT support and troubleshooting for users.

Rhandall'smost recent role is as an IT Field Engineer at Synergy Associates since November 2021.

As of 2023, Rhandall is currently working as an IT Support Engineer at Gumtree.com.

Rhandall Khindiku's education history begins at Globe Academy, where they studied GCSE from 2007 to 2012. Rhandall then attended Westminster Kingsway College from 2013 to 2014, focusing on BTEC Level 3 Animation and Games Design. In 2014, they enrolled at Waltham Forest College to pursue HNC Computing and Systems Development, completing their studies in 2015.
