Kyle Acker

Kyle Acker is an accomplished sales and technical support professional with extensive experience in the security and access control industry. Currently serving as a Sales Support & Project Specialist at Gunnebo Canada since November 2021, Kyle previously held the position of Intrusion/Access Control Specialist at Tri-Ed Distribution for 20 years, where responsibilities included aiding dealers in system design, training, and support, as well as playing a key role in sales growth and product promotion. As a Kantech Corporate Certified Trainer, Kyle certified over 225 dealers, developed product kits, and maintained building security at the branch. Earlier in their career, Kyle was an Inside Sales Representative generating substantial sales and providing technical support at Tri-Ed, and served as a Technical Support Representative at DIGITAL SECURITY CONTROLS LTD., where customer service and system design were paramount. Kyle holds a degree in Electronic Technologist from the Radio College of Canada.
