Keith Ridings is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership development, contract management, and education. As the founder of Ridings Leadership Solutions, Keith focuses on creating personalized action plans to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. In addition to this, Keith serves as a Senior Lecturer at Lakes Region Community College and teaches at multiple universities across the United States, specializing in business and contract management. Keith has held various roles, including Supervisory Contract Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency, where responsibility included overseeing a portfolio of contracts valued over $12.6 billion. Keith is also a freelance martial arts teacher and a seasonal snowboard instructor, emphasizing health and wellness. Holding multiple degrees, including an MBA and doctoral work in Transformational Leadership, Keith combines academic knowledge with practical experience to effect positive change in diverse sectors.
