Daniele Giugno

Daniele Giugno has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniele is currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources, General Services & Travel at Gunvor Group Ltd since November 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Global HR Lead - Member of Management Committee at Alvean from December 2014 to November 2019.

In their earlier roles, they worked as the Head of Wealth Management Europe at McLagan from July 2013 to December 2014, where they led the Wealth Management performance and reward practice in Europe. Before that, they served as the Performance & Reward Practice Lead, Switzerland and Italy at Aon Hewitt / McLagan from January 2013 to December 2014.

In the earlier stages of their career, Daniele worked as the Director HR Business Support at HSBC from November 2008 to July 2012 and as a Principal at Mercer from March 2006 to November 2008. Daniele also had experience as a Programme Manager and Lecturer at SDA Bocconi School of Management from 2003 to 2006.

Years later, in 2018, they attended IMD for a short period of time, where they focused on acquiring expertise in Business Administration and Management, specifically in the area of Orchestrating Winning Performance.
