Laura M.c. Pacione

Laura M.C. Pacione is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for EMEA at Gunvor Group Ltd since March 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Talent Partner for Global Functions at Unilever from June 2021 to December 2022. At Verisk, Laura served as an Employee Experience Ambassador and later as a Recruiting Specialist for the EMEA region, contributing to the company's recognition by Forbes as one of the World’s Best Employers. Laura's early career includes roles at Gartner as a Talent Sourcer, Talent Intelligence as a Recruitment Consultant, and several sales and HR positions. Academically, Laura has a Master's degree in International HR Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and Università degli Studi di Pavia, respectively, and is a Certified Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society.
