Christopher Speak has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Christopher is currently working at Gunzilla Games as the Lead Systems Designer for their project "Off The Grid". In this role, they oversee the design and implementation of core character gameplay systems and collaborates with other teams to ensure the project's vision is met. Christopher also provides mentoring and guidance to other designers.

Prior to Gunzilla Games, Christopher worked at Cloud Imperium Games. Christopher started as a Senior QA, where they conducted functionality testing and coordinated with different offices and studios. Before their time at Cloud Imperium Games, Christopher worked at Crytek. Christopher first served as an Editor QA Tester, where they conducted quality assurance for the CryENGINE Sandbox Editor and the "Cinebox" variant. This involved various testing tasks and cinematic development using virtual film camera and storytelling techniques. Christopher then became an Embedded Editor QA Tester for the Cinebox product, focusing on cinematic pipeline testing and communication with the development team.
