Bruna Guimarães

Bruna Guimarães is the COO and co-founder of Gupy, a Brazilian-based startup. Bruna has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment & Selection. Prior to joining Gupy, Bruna worked as a Manager of Recruitment & Selection at AmBev, where they were responsible for developing recruitment policies, as well as managing corporate programs such as internships, traineeships, and the Talentos program. Bruna has also worked in Logistics/Distribution/Quality at Infoglobo, and as an Executive Director at Multiconsultoria Empresa Jr.

Bruna Guimarães has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from COPPEAD UFRJ and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UFRRJ.

They work with and Robson Rodrigues - CTO & co-Founder. Bruna Guimarães reports to Mariana Ramos Dias, CEO & co-Founder.
