Jorge Pérez Lara Albisua

Jorge Pérez Lara Albisua is an experienced Project and Operations Manager at Gureak since November 2019, where Jorge founded a new factory and led the expansion of Gureak in Mexico. Prior to this, Jorge held roles at MCR Safety as a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager, achieving a 23% reduction in downtime, and as a Partner Product Manager, focusing on the development of a high-performance fabric. Jorge began their career as an Engineering intern at MCR Safety and served as a Change Management Associate at ikatex, analyzing efficiency and productivity. Additionally, Jorge worked as an ambassador for Tecnológico de Monterrey, contributing to customer service and admissions events. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Business and Technology from Collective Academy and an Industrial Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by a student exchange at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
