Nathan Hartley

Nathan Hartley has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Information Technology at Gurobi Optimization. From 2006 to 2021, they worked at Oracle Corp as a Senior IT Operations Manager, where their responsibilities included provisioning and supporting a worldwide fleet of customer facing Linux, Windows, and Unix servers, creating methods and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) for multiple teams, designing and implementing training processes and opportunities, and leading daily operational video conferences to discuss and resolve ongoing issues and service requests for Windows, Linux, storage, and network issues. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Siebel Systems, Inc. as an NT Systems Administrator, where their primary responsibilities included hardware installation, cable management, and process creation and maintenance.

Nathan Hartley obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT Management from Western Governors University between 2013 and 2018. In 2016, they obtained a CompTIA Project+ Certification and a CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA. In 2020, they obtained an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate from Oracle. Finally, in 2021, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
