Brad Mcintosh

Brad McIntosh is a co-founder of GuruLink, a recruitment firm established in 2002, specializing in scaling technical teams across Canada with offices in key cities such as Toronto, Montreal, and San Francisco. Additionally, Brad served as a co-angel investor at GuruLink Holdings from May 2013 to October 2023, focusing on B2B SaaS investments, including a notable investment in Wave Accounting, which was acquired by H&R Block in June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Head Hunter and Account Manager at Compu-Source Staffing Inc. from March 2000 to April 2002, where effective client relationships and negotiations were key components of success. Brad's career began with a contract position as an Environmental Project and Marketing Manager for the Ministry of Tourism in Grenada, where significant contributions were made in environmental education and eco-tourism initiatives. Brad holds an Honors Bachelor of Environmental Studies/Geography from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
