Jay Ford

Jay Ford is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in production planning and process optimization. Currently serving at Gusmer Enterprises since April 2016, Jay has a strong background as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Schneider Electric - Pelco from June 2000 to April 2016, where responsibilities included the organization and commissioning of production lines and the integration of Lean Manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineer / Quality Control Engineer at Betts Spring Company, where collaboration with management to introduce new products and equipment facilitated ISO certification. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California State University, Fresno, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
