Radele Rose

Radele Rose is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and quality assurance within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Payroll Tax Resolution Team Leader at Gusto since January 2022, Radele Rose empowers a team of up to 25 agents, focusing on improving workflows and efficiency while managing ticket inventory and reporting within Salesforce Lightning. Previously, Radele Rose held various roles at Ibotta, Inc. from June 2016 to December 2021, including Quality Enablement Associate, Ibotta Care Content Specialist, Ibotta Care Operations Supervisor, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Customer Support Representative. In these roles, Radele Rose was responsible for executing UI testing, managing help center content, leading remote teams, and ensuring quality customer support. Radele Rose also gained early experience as a Data Entry Specialist at Akraya Inc. and Parsons Brinckerhoff, and served as a Test Administrator for Denver Public Schools. Radele Rose's education includes training from Flatiron School from July 2020 to September 2021.
