Savannah Whisenhunt

Savannah Whisenhunt is a dynamic professional with diverse experience in event management and the arts, currently serving on the Events Crew at the Minneapolis Institute of Art since June 2023 and as a Stagehand at American Horse Labor Company since March 2023. Savannah has a solid background in ushering roles at prominent venues, including the Guthrie Theater and Northrop, University of Minnesota, where responsibilities included leading usher teams and assisting with events. Additional experience includes internship work at the Twin Cities Film Fest and event staff roles at First Avenue & the 7th St. Entry and Minnesota Wild. Savannah has also held positions in design and publication, including roles as Publication Design Director for Golden Magazine. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Studies in Cinema and Media Cultures from the University of Minnesota, complemented by study abroad experiences.
