Kasper Keunen has been working in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they were a Content Producer at Qelp. In 2014, they were a Co-Founder at BitStraat, a company that aimed to facilitate Dutch brick and mortar entrepreneurs to accept Bitcoin as payment method in their businesses. In 2015, they were a Research Intern at Cargill and a Developer & Co-Founder at StuBo. Studentenboekhouding, which offers online accounting software for fraternities and other non-profit student organizations. In 2017, they were a Blockchain Developer at both GET Protocol Foundation and GUTS Tickets. At GET Protocol Foundation, they were responsible for writing white papers, smart contract architecture, solidity smart contracts, and high throughput blockchain infrastructure. At GUTS Tickets, they were responsible for using blockchain technology to register ownership of tickets (NFTs).
Kasper Keunen began their education in 2000 at SIS Group of Schools in Indonesia, where they completed their High School studies in 2004. Kasper then attended Norbertus College from 2004 to 2010, earning their VWO. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and obtained two Bachelor's Degrees, one in Science, Business and Innovation, and the other in Faculty of Economics and Business Administration - Finance. In 2016, they attended Higher School of Economics for a year, studying Computer Science. Finally, they completed their Master's Degree in Computational Science at the University of Amsterdam in 2018.
