Rafael Mesquita currently serves as the Head of Events at Gutta, where an entire events department was established to meet growing client demand for small to medium-sized events. With extensive experience in project management and business leadership from previous roles at Agência BOA, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and optimizing budgets, Rafael has demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality results across various sectors. Additional previous positions include Executive Producer at Agência Eiffel and Creative Director at RISOTTO MIX, focusing on the production of graphic materials and promotional campaigns. Rafael holds an M.B.A. in Sport Marketing & Management and has completed several other business-focused educational programs.
