Michelle Hanekom

Michelle Hanekom is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in driving growth and managing sales teams across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Business Development Manager at both Guud and Mensana Mobile Health since September 2022, Michelle previously founded MichConnect and held leadership roles at WorkLight Group and Picsa Group, where responsibilities included managing employer sales functions, developing sales strategies, and enhancing brand visibility. Prior roles at ARC Capital and Nedbank involved client acquisition and revenue generation, establishing Michelle's strong background in investment management and transactional banking. Michelle holds a Management Programme degree from GIBS Business School and an Advanced Programme in Central and International Banking from UNISA.
