Nikos Nicolaou, MBA

Nikos Nicolaou, MBA has a wealth of experience in the operations field. Nikos began their career in 2002 as a Warehouse Manager at Next Group PLC, where they were responsible for sale and retail distribution for the south east of England. In 2010, they moved to YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Distribution Manager, managing multi-million pound annual sales across three sales channels. In 2015, they joined Cult Beauty as an Operations Manager and then Director of Operations, where they provided leadership of key staff, optimised performance and built a culture of clear communication. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Founder of Futurum Consulting Services Ltd. In 2019, they became Vice President of Global Operations at GOODIEBOX, where they successfully implemented two 3PL's and carriers in nine European markets. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Luxury Promise.

Nikos Nicolaou, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Greenwich in 2017, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Nikos also obtained an A-Level from Epping Forest College in 2004, and GCSE & GNVQ from Leytonstone Secondary School in 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt certification from the BSI in June 2013.
