Joyke Kruyt

Joyke Kruyt is an experienced HR professional and the owner of JBK HR-en Organisatieadvies since November 2014. Currently, Joyke serves as an interim HRM and strategy advisor at Weijerseikhout, a strategic HR advisor at GVG Oliehandel BV, and HR manager at Torc-nology.com, all while contributing to NegentigTien as a partner in organization consulting and HR consultancy. Joyke also acts as a guest lecturer in Human Resource Management at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and has served as an external advisor at Franke Group and as a strategic HR advisor for Veilig Thuis Oost-Brabant. With extensive experience including a senior HR consultant role at Patentwerk B.V. and prior HR managerial positions at Dar NV, Joyke possesses robust expertise in the field. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Organization from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a postdoctoral qualification in HR Strategy from AOG School of Management, among other academic pursuits.
