Christina Knowles has a diverse work experience. Christina started their career as an Industrial Engineer Co-Op at General Motors in 2004. In 2007, they joined Pentair as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for planning, evaluating, and implementing business processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Christina remained with Pentair until 2011.
From 2011 onwards, Christina worked at G&W Electric Co. in various roles. Christina began as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and later became the Switchgear Assembly Supervisor. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Operations, and in 2019, they became the Director of Assembly Operations. In 2021, they became the Director of Operations and then moved on to the role of Senior Director of Operations in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, North American Operations at G&W Electric Co.
Christina has a strong background in operations and lean manufacturing, with a focus on improving processes and driving efficiency.
Christina Knowles completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, attending from 2003 to 2007. In 2012, they pursued further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earning their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which they completed in 2016. In 2022, Christina obtained an Executive Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University.
