Paul Henriks

Paul Henriks has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Paul started their career as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Australia in 1998 and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they were a Manager at KPMG (UK). Paul then joined McGrathNicol as a Manager from 2005 to 2006. After that, they worked at Goodman Fielder as a Strategy & Profit Enhancement Manager from 2006 to 2011. Paul then moved to Downer as a Planning & Strategy Manager for Downer Rail from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at George Weston Foods, first as a National Operations Finance Manager for Weston Milling from 2012 to 2014, and then as a Sales & Marketing Finance Manager for Tip Top from 2014 to 2018. Paul is currently working as a Senior Commercial Manager at GWA Group Limited since 2018.

Paul Henriks completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting at Monash University from 1994 to 1997. During the same period, they also pursued another Bachelor's degree in Business Systems at Monash University. Later, in 1999 to 2001, they attended the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants to obtain the qualification of a Chartered Accountant. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the AGSM @ UNSW Business School. In 2009, they received training in Six Sigma and became Black Belt Trained.
