Luke Redini is an experienced professional with a strong background in dealer performance management and commercial lending. Currently serving as Dealer Performance Manager at GWC Warranty since December 2019, Luke excels in establishing long-term customer relationships and designing strategic account plans to meet client needs. Prior to this, Luke held various positions at NextGear Capital from January 2010 to October 2019, including Senior Manager of Commercial Lending for Major Dealers, where expertise in credit analysis and risk assessment was demonstrated for accounts ranging from $1M to $100M. Earlier experience includes roles as a Commercial Loan Underwriter for large accounts and as a Tax Professional at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, showcasing a commitment to exceptional client service and financial acumen throughout the career.
