Dave Billing

David Billing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and operations management, currently serving as both Product Manager and Operations Manager at GWD since February 2019. Previous roles include serving as Technical Project Manager at GWD, where responsibilities encompassed project management, order fulfillment, support, and acceptance testing. Prior to GWD, David worked at Capita IT and Networks, managing service desks and implementing incident management functions, achieving significant improvements in ticket resolution metrics. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Docman and Virgin Media, complemented by a degree in Computer Games Production from the University of Lincoln.
