Su Liu

Su Liu started their work experience as an Accounting role in CSSS (Centre de santé et de services sociaux de Québec) from May 2008 to January 2011. Su then worked as a PA, Accounting at GWL Realty Advisors from April 2012 to June 2015. In this role, they performed month-end closings, recorded revenue and expenses, and oversaw site office accounting processing. From June 2015 to October 2015, they were a Real Estate Accountant & Property Accountant at GWL Realty Advisors, responsible for journal entries, revenue analysis, and compliance. Su then worked as a Senior Real Estate Accountant at the same company from October 2015 to March 2022. In this role, they prepared audit working papers, completed CAM reconciliations, and prepared budgets and forecasts. From April 2022 to June 2023, Su served as a Senior Real Estate Accountant, where they reviewed reports, approved balance sheet analysis, and prepared variance analysis. Su is currently working as an Assistant Controller at GWL Realty Advisors from June 2023 onwards.

Su Liu completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from McGill University from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, Su Liu obtained the CPA (Illinois) certification from the AICPA. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued further education at CGA-BC. In May 2015, Su Liu obtained the CPA BC certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Additionally, Su Liu studied Chemical Engineering at Sichuan University, although the specific dates of this education are unknown.
