Raghavendra BN is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations and management. Currently serving as a Deputy Project Manager Technical at GX Group since February 2019, Raghavendra specializes in the configuration and troubleshooting of FTTH networks for clients across India, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, while collaborating closely with Q&A and R&D teams on software testing and bug identification. Previously, Raghavendra worked as a Network Operations Associate at Accenture, focusing on layer 1 and layer 3 network testing and monitoring for Verizon Network, and was recognized for exceptional performance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Network Operations Center Engineer at ACT Fibernet, where Raghavendra managed the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN and wireless devices, utilizing various networking tools. Raghavendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, completed from 2012 to 2015.
