Joanna Kłapyta has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. In 2014, they worked at EC Grupa sp. z o.o. as a Księgowy. Joanna then worked at EC Business Creation sp. z o.o. from 2018 to 2020 as a Wiceprezes zarządu. In 2020, they began working at JMK Joanna Kłapyta as a Trener / Mentor / Coach / R&D Manager. Joanna also worked at Digital Fingerprints in 2020 as a Menadżer ds. finansów i rozliczeń w ramach projektu dofinansowanego and at Skład Rolny sp. z o.o. as an Asystent finansowy kierownika zarządzającego. From 2010-2012, they attended Jagiellonian University, where they earned a Magister (Mgr) in Economics with a specialization in Accounting and Financial Management. From 2009-2012, they attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they earned a Licencjat (Lic.) in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Financial Auditing. Finally, from 2007-2010, they attended Jagiellonian University, where they earned a Licencjat (Lic.) in Management with a specialization in Public Sector Management.

In addition to their formal education, Joanna Kłapyta has obtained several certifications. These include a Trainer Business Brian Tracy certification from Brian Tracy International in April 2022, a Mentor & Coach Brian Tracy certification from Brian Tracy International in March 2022, a Certificate of Professional Preparation for the Conduct and Management of Business Activity in the Field of Production and Trade of Explosives, Weapons, Ammunition and Military and Police Technology in October 2018 from the Institute of Technology, an Internal Auditor certification from EY Academy of Business Polska in January 2018, and a Prince 2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2014.
