Melvin Koopmans is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Gymly, an all-in-one platform that supports gyms, studios, and personal trainers with vital business operations. As the owner of MKDD, Melvin develops web applications and creates graphical designs for various organizations and startups. Previously, Melvin worked as Lead Software Developer at Yard, where leadership was provided to the development team focused on healthcare and education applications, while also specializing in data science, machine learning, and natural language processing. Educational achievements include multiple nanodegrees from Udacity in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, agile software development, data streaming, and deep learning, along with foundational education from Olympus College and Zuyderzee Lyceum.
