Les Mitchell

Les Mitchell has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources. Les started their career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer, serving from 1994 to 2000. After leaving the Navy, Les joined Cintas as a Human Resource Manager, where they worked until 2005. At that point, they transitioned to Syracuse University as a Human Resource Analyst, where they stayed for over a decade until 2016. Les then moved to AccessCNY, where they served as a Human Resources Benefits Manager until 2018. Currently, Les is the Head of HR at GYPSUM EXPRESS, LTD.
