Michelle Helm Pozzi

Michelle Helm Pozzi is an experienced professional in quality assurance with a focus on gene therapy and pharmaceutical development. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Gyroscope Therapeutics since December 2019, Michelle has held various leadership roles including Associate Director of Quality and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior roles include GMP Clinical QA Lead at Shire (now part of Takeda) and Senior Quality Assurance Manager at G&W Laboratories and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities involved the review of batch records and management of quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs. Michelle holds a Master's degree in RA/QA from Temple University School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Gwynedd Mercy University, complemented by a Project Management certificate from Delaware Valley University.
