Bryan Campion has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bryan started their career at SODEVAL, where they served as the Director of the North American Marketing and Sales organization. During their time at SODEVAL, they successfully developed and implemented strategic sales and marketing plans, exceeded sales goals, and led global, multi-functional teams.
After SODEVAL, Campion joined Reef Software as a Channel Sales Manager, where they were responsible for establishing the Central US Channel Sales Operations. Bryan achieved outstanding results by developing a strategic channel sales program that exceeded goals and closed a significant channel contract. Bryan was recognized as the "Top Channel Performer" in 2001.
Campion then joined Henkel of America as a Business Development/Distribution Manager. Bryan led the distribution channel through a major acquisition and achieved double-digit sales growth while maintaining low attrition rates. Bryan also established strong partnerships with distributors and developed Mutual Accountability Plans to drive new business opportunities.
Currently, Campion is working at H.B. Fuller as a Global Segment Director - Healthcare. Prior to this role, they served as a Sales Director - Health and Hygiene. In their current position, they manage complex global business partnerships, leads a global team, and aligns market strategy with customer needs to deliver profitable sales growth.

Bryan Campion holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
