Cristian Merino

Cristian Merino is an experienced business professional with a robust background in sales and management across various industries in South America. Currently serving as the South America Business Manager at H.B. Fuller since 2022, Cristian also holds the position of Sales Director at Lioi, a leading company in market security solutions. As General Manager of Agrícola Merton, Cristian oversees the production and export of fruits, reporting directly to the Board. Prior experience includes Sales Director roles at Sherwin-Williams for Chile and Colombia, managing extensive teams and customer bases, as well as national sales management at Air Products. Cristian also contributed to Arauco in product innovation and market development for wood-based panels. Cristian's educational background includes degrees from Universidad de Concepción and Universidad Mayor, complemented by early education at Colegio Saint George’s College and Mohawk Trail Regional School.
