Felipe Tavares

Felipe Tavares has a strong background in operations and plant management. Felipe worked as the Head of Operations at H.B. Fuller, overseeing multiple sites in Brazil and Latin America. During their tenure, Felipe achieved a record of zero total recordable incidents and implemented various cost-saving measures. Prior to that, they served as the Plant Manager at H.B. Fuller and Johnson Matthey, where they were responsible for plant performance and obtaining necessary permits and licenses. Earlier in their career, Felipe worked as an Industrial Manager at Johnson Matthey and a Plant Manager at MetoKote Corporation. Felipe began their career as a Project/Manufacturing Supervisor at Renault-Nissan Alliance, where they led various projects and achieved significant cost savings. Felipe also has experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Whirlpool Corporation, where they implemented production control systems and improved operational efficiency.

Felipe Tavares earned a Postgraduate Degree in Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from FAE Centro Universitário from 2016 to 2017.
