Jérôme Froment

Jérôme FROMENT has extensive work experience in the adhesives and sealants industry. Jérôme began their career at S.P.C.A as a Specialty Chemicals Sales Representative for the North region of France. Jérôme then joined HENKEL TECHNOLOGIES FRANCE as a Sales Engineer, where they focused on sales development and had responsibilities for the Filter Market in France. Jérôme later moved to Henkel, where they held various roles including Market & Key Account Manager for Industrial Adhesives & Sealants and Focus Segment Manager for Specialty Vehicles and Agricultural & Construction Equipment. Their responsibilities involved managing key accounts and developing strategies for specific market segments in the EMEA region. Currently, Jérôme works at H.B. Fuller as the Business Director for Durable Assembly Engineering Adhesives in the EIMEA region, where they lead a team and focuses on business development in various segments such as recreational vehicles, textiles, woodworking, and flooring.

Jérôme Froment attended the Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Chemistry. In 2008, they completed a Henkel dedicated course on "Entrepreneurship and Innovation program" at the IESE Business School. Lastly, in 2018 and 2019, Jérôme attended the emlyon business school and earned a certification in Leading an activity.
