Richard Rejdovjan

Richard Rejdovjan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Operations Director for HHC Adhesives at H.B. Fuller since February 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Multi-site Manager and later Plant Manager at Axalta from October 2021 to January 2024. Richard also worked as the Senior Director of NA Supply Chain at Buckman from May 2020 to October 2021. Richard has had multiple roles at H.B. Fuller, including Operations Director for NA Engineering Adhesives, Operations Manager for NA Hot Melt Facilities, Operations Manager for Georgia facilities, and Facility Manager from March 2013 to May 2020. Richard also held various positions at HB Fuller and LORD Germany (LORD Corporation), such as Transformation Manager, Managing Director, Facilities Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Manager. Earlier in their career, Richard worked at Lord Corporation as the Microelectronics Products Manufacturing Manager and Engineering Specialist. Richard started their professional journey at Syn-Chem, Inc as the Assistant Manager of Production and later became a Senior Application Engineer. Richard Rejdovjan also served as an Independent Graduate Researcher at North Carolina State University in 1993.

Richard Rejdovjan obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave in 1991. Richard then pursued their MS in Chemical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 1993. After that, Richard attended Xavier University - Williams College of Business and received an MBA in International Business in 2004.
