Eugene Ivanoff MEng (Hons) PMI is a seasoned professional in project management and CAD technologies, currently serving as a Pre-Development Assistant Project Manager and CAD Technician at HB Projects Ltd since August 2021. With extensive experience across various sectors, including construction and health care, Eugene has effectively managed multiple projects of varying budgets, coordinated pre-construction surveys, collaborated closely with regional teams, and prepared detailed client fee proposals. Previously, Eugene held roles at HB Projects Ltd, 300 North, Carillion Plc, and several other companies, developing a strong skill set in project coordination, market research, and consultancy. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s Degree in Construction and Infrastructure from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy.
