Patricia M. Porter

Patricia M. Porter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in conflict resolution, leadership development, and facilitation. Currently serving as President of Conflict Connections, Inc. since 2001, Patricia specializes in helping family-owned businesses and organizations navigate conflicts to enhance communication and productivity. In addition to coaching and facilitating leadership development programs at H-E-B, Patricia teaches graduate courses at Southern Methodist University on conflict management and group dynamics. Patricia has held various roles such as Senior Consultant for the Department of Homeland Security, Advisory Board Member for Arbitration Resolution Services, and founder of an online radio program, The Texas Conflict Coach. Additionally, Patricia's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Texas Association of Mediators. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
