Rodrigo Cantu

Rodrigo Cantu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Past President and CPIM Instructor for ASCM South Central Texas Chapter, Rodrigo has held various leadership roles at H-E-B, including Senior Project Leader, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Project Manager. Additionally, Rodrigo has an academic role as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Mary's University, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses. Past experience includes project management positions at the University of Texas Health Science Center and a significant tenure at Southwest Research Institute, where multiple process improvement initiatives were successfully implemented. Rodrigo holds advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering from St. Mary's University and Texas A&M University.
