Sharon Leal

Sharon Leal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as a Manager at H-E-B since August 2020, Sharon previously worked as an Independent Consultant for Aflac from August 2019 to August 2020. Prior to this role, Sharon held various director positions at Alorica from March 2000 to May 2019, including Director of Business Operations and Director of Site Operations. Sharon’s career also includes a long tenure at HEB from January 1976 to November 1999, where responsibilities ranged from Training Manager for the South Texas Region to Service Director and Drug Store Director, overseeing operations for 32 stores.
