Alejandra Argüello

Alejandra is a Managing Director of the Capital Formation Group. She is based in the New York office and focuses on capital raising and investor relations activities in North America across H.I.G.’s credit strategies.

Alejandra has 22 years of experience in investment management and institutional sales. Prior to joining H.I.G., Alejandra was a Managing Director at Carlyle, where she was responsible for business development and capital raising. Prior to Carlyle, Alejandra held similar roles at Caspian Capital and Moneda Asset Management.

Alejandra earned a B.S. in Economics from Florida State University. She holds both the CFA and CAIA designations.
