Anna Carlsmith

Anna Carlsmith is a seasoned professional in digital strategies and client services, currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Strategies at H.I.G. Capital since November 2019, after previously holding the role of Director of Digital Strategies. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Anna worked at Bamboo from October 2017 to November 2019 as Director of Client Services, where leadership included overseeing an office team and mentoring staff. Anna also held positions such as Account Director and Senior Mobile Marketing Manager at Ovative/group, and Digital Media Analyst at Target, focusing on growth strategies and campaign execution. Anna holds a BAS in Economics from Beloit College.
