Federico Faravelli

Federico is a Principal based in H.I.G.’s London office. With over 25 years of experience, he works within the real estate asset management team, specializing in U.K. and European real estate.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Federico was Head of Asset Management, U.K. & Ireland at AXA-IM Real Assets where he was responsible for a portfolio of approx. €10bn. Before that, he was Head of Data centres for Europe. Prior to AXA, he was Head of Capital Markets at Prelios Agency where he oversaw transactions in excess of €3bn. He started his career as an architect.

Federico holds a postgraduate degree in Architecture and an MSc in Building Restoration both from the Politecnico di Milano. He is a member of the RICS, of the Italian Architects’ Association and of ULI (Urban Land Institute).
