Marnis Mastenbroek

Marnis Mastenbroek is an experienced professional in the finance industry, currently serving as a Director of Private Credit at H.I.G. Capital since March 2021, after holding the position of Senior Associate in the same area. Prior to this role, Marnis was involved with Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. in Direct Lending and Principal Investments, focusing on optimizing a multi-billion investment portfolio. From September 2016 to March 2019, Marnis worked as a Structured Finance Analyst in the Energy & Infrastructure sector at ING, engaging in transaction origination, structuring, and execution. Additionally, Marnis participated in ING's International Talent Programme, gaining diverse experience across debt capital markets, financial markets, and credit risk management. Marnis holds an MSc in Management with a specialization in Energy Markets from ESCP Business School and a degree from the University of Amsterdam.
