Vivek Jain

Vivek is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s New York office.

Vivek is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including originating, structuring, and financing transactions as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to execute post-closing growth and operational strategies. He currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.

Vivek has more than a decade of private equity and M&A experience across a wide range of industries including business services, consumer, healthcare and industrials. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, Vivek worked for Citigroup Investment Banking, where he advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives.

Vivek earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
