Dr. Stacey Kennedy currently serves as the Regular Giving and Stewardship Officer at St Anne's College, University of Oxford, focusing on fundraising and relationship management to support the College's commitment to diversity and inclusion within its community. In addition, Dr. Kennedy is the Network Editor for H-AfrArts, engaging with discussions surrounding African visual art and its diaspora. Previous roles include Unit Leader at Sotheby's Institute of Art, where contemporary African art was integrated into art historical contexts, and Teaching Associate at the University of Birmingham, specializing in Art History, Anthropology, and African History. A passionate advocate for educational access, Dr. Kennedy has also contributed as a fundraiser for student initiatives and as a tutor for disadvantaged students. Dr. Kennedy holds a PhD in Anthropology and Art History and has a strong academic background in Cultural Studies, Sociology, and African Studies from the University of Birmingham.
