Rehan Umer

Rehan Umer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at H. Nizam Din & Sons (pvt) Ltd since February 2017, Rehan oversees finance, tax, corporate affairs, and risk management functions, while reporting directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Rehan held key positions at Indus Motor Company Ltd as a Senior Manager, at Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Limited as CFO, and at SIEMENS Pakistan as both Divisional Controller and Deputy General Manager. Rehan began the career as an Auditor at A F Ferguson & Co. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, along with certifications in Project Management and entrepreneurial operations from IPMA and the Institute of Business Administration.
