Syed Imtiaz Ahmed Usama

Syed Imtiaz Ahmed Usama is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at H. Nizam Din & Sons (pvt) Ltd since July 2020, where responsibilities include advising a team of 12 HR employees and developing the people strategy to enhance business performance. Previously, Syed held roles such as LEAD HR & OD, focusing on organization development, HR strategy, talent management, and performance coaching. With prior experience at Dollar Industries and HANDS Pakistan, Syed has demonstrated expertise in planning and implementing people and organizational development initiatives. Syed holds an MBA from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, earned between 2011 and 2014, and a matriculation degree in Computer Science from Central Model High School completed in 2004.
