Lisa Zillmann-Kubera

Lisa Zillmann-Kubera is currently the Director Quality and Standards at H World International. Prior to this, Lisa held various roles at Deutsche Hospitality, including Director Quality and Standards and Director Operations Upscale & Lifestyle Brands. Lisa has a strong background in operations and standards, with experience at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts where Lisa worked in business operations, standards, and quality management. Lisa also completed professional training as a chef at The Westin Grand Frankfurt and obtained a degree in Hospitality Controlling & Asset Management from IST-Hochschule für Management. Additionally, Lisa pursued studies at Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.
