Carol Ribeiro

Carol Ribeiro's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Carol currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at H2 Health, a rapidly expanding rehabilitation company with multiple locations across several states. Prior to joining H2 Health, they worked as a Recruiter Manager at MileStone Staffing Services, specializing in therapy, nursing, and rehab services. Carol also held the position of Senior Recruiter at Protocol Agency, a JCAHO accredited search firm that focuses on placing professionals in healthcare settings. Earlier in their career, Carol worked as a Customer Service and Communication Manager at Nordstrom, a Technical Recruiter at Oxford Global Resources, and a Designer Drafter at Innovative Engineering, Inc. Carol started their professional journey as a Manager at Primas Home & Cafe.

Carol Ribeiro began their education in 1998 at Holmdel High School, where they completed their secondary education without obtaining a degree or field of study. In 1999, they enrolled at Brookdale Community College and pursued a degree in Interior Design. Carol successfully completed the program and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Interior Design in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Carol Ribeiro has also obtained multiple certifications. In January 2020, they became a Certified Energy Healer, a Certified Leadership Coach, and a Certified Meditation Coach, all through Sura Flow. Most recently, in February 2023, they obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
