Laurent-Victor Clain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in M&A and project finance. Currently serving as M&A / Project Finance Senior Legal Counsel at H2air SAS since February 2021, Laurent-Victor provides critical legal support to the finance department.
