Suren Mohanathas

Suren Mohanathas is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and automation across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Engineering at H2O.ai since August 2019, Suren fosters a global engineering culture focused on AI and ML innovation to solve complex data science challenges. Previously, from May 2012 to August 2019, Suren held various leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, driving the development of automation tools and frameworks while enhancing team potential. Earlier career highlights include impactful roles at Avaya and Adobe, where Suren focused on test automation and development, and foundational contributions as an Automation Software Developer at Entrust and Alcatel-Lucent. Suren holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Carleton University.
